What is Densified Shuttering Plywood?

Standard plywood is made by gluing wood layers together. Densified plywood takes it a step further. It uses high-quality hardwood veneers soaked in phenol formaldehyde (plastic resin) and compresses them under extreme heat and hydraulic pressure.

The result is a board that is much thinner but much heavier and stronger than regular wood.
