HESA Shuttering Plywood is a highly densified film face plywood with a mirror film coating on both sides and is used primarily for R.C.C formworks during construction. Concrete in a wet state is poured on it to give any needed shape with the help of 100% pf bonded material our product gives you higher repetition with better finishing than existing product in the market.
What I mean by densified is that in HESA Shuttering Plywood is consist 9 -10 layers of core veneers are pressed in a highly densified pressing machine at high temperatures. 9 core layers + veneer plus + the film layers (HESA Film) on top of them. which gives the plywood extra strength and load-bearing capacity.
The HESA Shuttering plywood comes with a thickness of 12mm-18mm with a high density of of 839g/- 1050g /cubic meter, which ensure that it's a
heavy-duty product and able to sustain handling issue as well. HESA Shuttering Ply is generally used to make the cast of the ceiling, walls,
drains, highways, pillars, etc, to pour concrete in it in order to give the
concrete any shape needed.
